We appreciate very much your contribution to enrich our program with your lecture or poster presentation. If, due to a regulation in the Federal Republic of Germany or the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences a face-to-face event from 09.-11.09.2024 is not feasible, the organizers reserve the right to postpone the CERAMICS 2024 / 99^th DKG Annual Conference or to hold it as a virtual event.

Registration instructions

• Participants with submissions (oral presentation and/or poster and application to the Hans Walter Hennicke Lecture Competition) can only attend this meeting with a Three-day pass
  (see also Participant fees).
   
• Every person has to register for the conference in the congress system (Single registration); i. e.  multiple registrations of more than one person is not possible!
   
• We recommend that each participant creates its own user account (with personal e-mail address) in order to register for the conference. Setting up a user account in this congress system is free of charge.
   
• If you have been registered for this event by another person/useraccount, a contribution and participation in the virtual meeting can only be made via this user account.

Prior to submission of an abstract you have to register for participation in the congress system before submission of a lecture (Short abstract), followed by further presentation documents belonging to this contribution.

If your submitted contribution won't be accepted by the Program Committee, you can cancel your participation free of charge until 11.07.2024. Afterwards the GTC are valid.

If your submission will be accepted by the program committee payment of paricipation fee is obligatory (please look also dates & deadlines). Otherwise your submission may be cancelled from the program.

Certain contributions may be published in the DKG journal “cfi/Ber. der DKG" according to the decision of the program committee and publishers of the journal. You will be contacted in this case.
